1. Not financial advice
Fintrack Labs is a personal tracking and organisation tool. Nothing it displays — net worth figures, allocation analysis, the Pro Score and its pillar breakdown, goal forecasts, automated insights or suggested next steps — is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund, bond, insurance product or other asset. The Pro Score is a summary of the data you have entered, weighted by our own rules; it is not a rating, a benchmark, or any assessment of your financial position by a licensed adviser.
Every output is an automated observation about numbers you typed in yourself.
2. Not a registered adviser, broker or distributor
Shyam Sundar (Sole Proprietor) is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, is not a stock broker, depository participant, mutual fund distributor, or insurance agent or broker, and is not regulated by the RBI or IRDAI.
We do not manage money, execute trades, custody assets, or receive commission from any product manufacturer or distributor. We are paid only by our own users, for the Pro plan.
3. Data accuracy
Figures in Fintrack Labs derive from data you enter yourself and, for some asset classes, public reference data fetched for convenience. Market and NAV data may be delayed by 15 minutes or more, may be incomplete, and may be wrong or unavailable. We label delayed data where it appears.
Always verify important figures against your official bank, broker, fund house or insurer statements before acting on them.
4. Automated insights
Pro insights are generated automatically from the data in your account. They are general, rule-based observations — not personalised professional advice — and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances.
5. Illustrative material
Figures, charts, fund names, prices and scores shown on our marketing pages, in screenshots and in previews are illustrative examples using sample data. They are not real portfolios, not real prices, and not a representation of any result you should expect.
6. Your responsibility
Every financial decision you make — investing, withdrawing, rebalancing, borrowing, or buying insurance — is yours alone, made at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making a significant one.
7. No liability
Subject to the limits in our Terms of Service, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on anything shown in the Service.
